What is the Offer?

            FREEDOM15is a lucky draw…every 15 minutes, one lucky customer will win a free ticket –i.e. a full refund on the base ticket fare of his/her booking upto a maximum ofRs. 1000.

           

How do I participate in the offer?

            Customersshould enter the deal code FREEDOM15 in the deal code section in order to beeligible. You can enter your dealcode on the "Review Travel & Faredetails" page (right after selecting a flight) see example.

            Offer isvalid only for bookings made between 8 AM and 11 PM IST every day.

            You canparticipate in the offer as many times as you want during the validity of theoffer. You can win more than once.

           

How will I know if I won?

            Winnerswill receive an email from MakeMyTrip within 72 hours of their booking.

            Also, thewinners’ names will be put up on the website after every 15 minutes.

           

MakeMyTrip will be posting the names of the winners via itsFacebook page and Twitter channel as well.

Terms & Conditions

            This isValid for bookings made on or after June 27, 2011.

            Onlycustomers who enter the deal code will be eligible for participating in theoffer. If the deal code is not entered exactly as FREEDOM15, our systems willnot detect your participation

            Everyfifteen minutes during FREEDOM15, MakeMyTrip will conduct a lucky draw for allthe customers who are eligible under the offer and select one winner.

            Customer/participantacknowledges that MakeMyTrip is the sole authority of conducting the contestand customer shall not dispute the outcome of the contest. The decision ofMakeMyTrip shall be final and binding.

            This offeris valid for online bookings only.

            Therefundable amount is the base fare of the booking amount paid by the customeror Rs. 250 (whichever is higher)

            The maximumrefundable amount under this offer is Rs. 1000.

            Refund willbe processed within 7 days of booking date.

            Refund willbe processed in the same credit card/debit card account through which thepayment is made.

            The basefare of the tickets booked will be refunded to the winners, however the tax andother surcharges will not be refunded.

            Thepassenger will not be eligible for refunds if any of the above said conditionis not met (for example deal code is not written properly, date/s are notmatched, etc)

            In theevent the winner has not received the refund within 7 days from the bookingdate, he/she can raise a claim within one month from the date of expiry of 7days. If the winner fails to claim the refund within the specified time period,MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to pay the refund.

            If there isany rescheduling, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless ofwhether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and otherrescheduling fees.

            Cancellationis permitted as per below:

            1. If cancelled ticket base fare is below Rs. 250, in this case, the amountreturned will be Tax + surcharges – (250 – base fare) - cancellation fees

            2. If cancelled ticket base fare is between 250 and 1000 (lower and uppercaps), in this case, the amount returned will be Tax + surcharges –cancellation fees

            3. If cancelled ticket base fare is above 1000, in this case, the amountreturned will be Tax + surcharges + (base fare – 1000) – cancellation fees

            MakeMyTripreserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

            Inaddition, the general tour/ticketing conditions will apply as mentioned inMakeMyTrip user agreement.

            Participantsagree that that they have no objection to his/her name being posted asaforesaid.

            MakeMyTripis the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.

            The maximumliability of MakeMyTrip in the event of any claim arising out of this offershall not exceed the value of the base fare to which the claim relates.MakeMyTrip cannot be held liable for any act and omission attributable to forcemajeure events.

            MakeMyTripshall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental orconsequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.

            Disputes,if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers orotherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of thecompetent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts /tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
